Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns & Replacements

If you receive your product and would like a different size, style or color, call (513)761-4696  or email dressesUSA@siscom.net within 24 hours of receipt. We will get you exchanged as soon as possible.

Refunds

There is a 10% restocking charge on all refunds. Shipping is non-refundable. If you receive your dress and desire a refund call (513)761-4696 or email us at dressesUSA@siscom.net immediately and make us aware of the return. Then mail the garment in new condition back to us the next business day from your local post office.

There are no refunds on dresses delivered by air on Fridays or Saturdays.
