Shipping & Delivery

Your order will ship within 1-2 weeks. If you need it faster, please call 859-918-5229 or Email Us.

Once your order is shipped (UPS Ground 3-5 business days) you will recieve an email with tracking information

U.S. orders over $29.95 recieve free standard shipping. Just select the "free shipping" option when checking out.

For U.S. orders under $29.95 shipping is $15 flat rate per order.

International orders are $35 flat rate per order.

Shipping is non-refundable

Returns & Replacements

If you receive your product and would like a different size, style or color, please call 859-918-5229 or Email Us within 24 hours of receipt. We will get you exchanged as soon as possible.

Refunds

There is a 10% restocking charge on all refunds. Shipping is non-refundable. If you receive your dress and desire a refund please call 859-918-5229 or Email Us immediately and make us aware of the return. Then mail the garment in new condition back to us the next business day from your local post office.

There are no refunds on dresses delivered by air on Fridays or Saturdays.
