I had to fly to a destination with the dress and It shipped without any wrinkles turned inside out. So I did the same thing. Turned it inside out and packed into my suitcase. It had no wrinkles and was so stunning the day of the event.
Order this dress in 2 custom sizes for my flower girls (2yrs and 10yrs) and they both fit perfectly! Such great quality and just absolutely stunning!

This dress was just lovely on my daughter, who was a flower girl. The bride LOVED the style: classy and toddler appropriate. My daughter loved wearing it too. My one suggestion would be having extra soft fabric under the armpits to make it more comfortable. We just improvised with band-aids.
Experience was amazing. Measurements were perfect and everything fit my daughter perfectly! She will be a flower girl in January. And with only 2 months to find a dress, I was panicking. All other dresses had one thing off or another, but this dress fit just perfectly. I can’t wait for her to walk down the aisle in it!
These dresses were so cute! Material didn’t look cheap at all. The only con is that shipping does take awhile. I thought I wasn’t going to have the dresses on Time.
Loved it, wish it was sent in a box and better packaging for the shipping I paid. I followed the measurements and it did run a bit bigger than what the measurements said I sized up based off of the measurements and I should’ve just stuck with her normal size. Other than that the dress is beautiful and she felt like a princess.

We loved the dress and actually have used the sight previously for other dresses and for my wedding 14 flower girls was disappointed that my daughter complained of itching and bc the event was too close to reorder another dress by the time I had received a response to return it would have cost the same to overnight the dress we just kept it and will donate.
The dress is true to size. it is pretty. I was worried how it came packaged but it held up well. Not crazy about the zipper it is hard to pull up and down and I'm afraid it might get stuck or break!
The dress looked exactly like the online picture and was packaged well. Customer service was responsive when I checked on my delivery status. The dress fit my niece extremely well and is good quality. My niece loved the tulle and the keyhole back is cute for the summer wedding it will be worn for.
The dress is beautiful. Love it but its not the correct size. Will not be able to use it for our wedding. An invoice was not included in the package. So how is a customer suppose to handle a return to get the dress in a different size or to request a refund? Also where is this store located?

We are very happy with the dresses we got from Princessly. When our order first arrived, one of the dresses was missing the appliqués. I contacted the customer service department and they made a new dress for free and shipped it to us quickly. The girls looked beautiful!

I ordered my daughter's flower girl dress last fall to be used in our summer wedding. She typically wears a size 7-8 (M girls) and the 9T fit perfectly. It was true to the measurement guide on the website. The price is amazing and the quality was phenomenal. She looked like a little princess. (see below for photos)
